We respect the privacy of our members, and we only check the content of an inkfreakz.com account after we have received a complaint, or to follow up on a reported technical error. As an inkfreakz.com member, you are solely and fully responsible for any content posted to your inkfreakz.com account.

You agree to hold InkFREAKZ.com and it\'s owners, officers, principles, associates, advertisers, employees, affiliates, and contractors harmless from any liability and to indemnify the same from any losses, damages, judgments, fees and costs of any nature regarding your reliance upon any content provided to this Site by any third party.
Inkfreakz.com does not have an obligation to screen, edit or review third party content, Inkfreakz.com does have the right, but not the obligation, in it\'s sole discretion, to refuse, change, remove or move any content as it deems appropriate to do so.

Inkfreakz.com reserves the rights to cancel, suspend, or delete any account at any time for any reason without prior warning.
By providing information to us, you grant inkfreakz.com a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, sublicense able, fully paid up and royalty-free right for us to copy, prepare derivative works of, improve, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, process, analyze, use and commercialize, in any way now known or in the future discovered, any information you provide, directly or indirectly to inkfreakz.com, including but not limited to any user generated content, ideas, concepts, techniques or data to the services, you submit to inkfreakz.com, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or to any third parties.

By providing information to us, you represent and warrant that you are entitled to submit the information and that the information is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights. It is your responsibility to keep your inkfreakz.com profile information accurate and updated.

By submitting your photos, video, audio and blogs to inkfreakz.com, you represent that the photos, video, audio and blogs, titles and description comply with the inkfreakz.com Terms and Conditions. If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding against inkfreakz.com based on content you post on inkfreakz.com, you agree to compensate inkfreakz.com including its officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or expenses, including attorney\'s fees, incurred by inkfreakz.com in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or proceeding.

Inkfreakz.com directors are the final arbiter of what is allowed and not allowed on the inkfreakz.com website. If a portion of the content in an account is found to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions set forth, the entire account will be removed. There will be no refunds for accounts that have been deleted due to violation of the inkfreakz.com Term of Conditions.

Inkfreakz.com maintains backups of all accounts for safety reasons, but is not obligated to do so. Inkfreakz.com is not obligated to pay refunds for any reason including but not limited to accidental deletion of content or accounts due to server malfunction, server crashes or problems with software running on the servers.

As an Inkfreakz.com member you agree to receive periodic emails from Inkfreakz.com containing information about new features and service options and to receive periodic information about special Inkfreakz.com promotions.

Inkfreakz.com is not responsible for any financial or personal loss to members using their Inkfreakz.com accounts for business or other purposes for any reason including but not limited to server down situations and accidental or willful deletion of member accounts and/or contents of said accounts.

Fees and Costs: Inkfreakz.com reserves the right to increase or decrease fees in the future based on market conditions or financial goals.
There is no charge to create a membership account to be a designer/vendor or buyer. Buyers pay the cost of the awarded Tattoo design as well as all related Paypal and or Credit Card fees required to complete the transaction. We deduct a 10% service fee from the sales price of the awarded Tattoo Design price.

All designers/vendors are solely responsible for their own taxes. Each designer/vendor is solely responsible for satisfying all income tax, payroll tax, payroll withholding, sales and use tax, governmental reporting and other legal requirements under applicable law. Designers/vendors are independent contracts and are not employees of our inkfreakz.com or Inkfreakz, LLC.

All parties who lawfully enter into and form legal contracts may use the Site and our services. If you use our services, you expressly represent to us that you are at least Age eighteen (18) or older and may lawfully enter into and form binding contracts, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties.

Copyright Issues

Designer Entries

* Designers own all rights to their contest entries on this site, and can withdraw them at anytime unless they have won and contest and the design has been paid for it.
* Copyright ownership is only transferred to the Contest Holder when the contest has been paid for.
* Designers are responsible for making sure their entries are significantly different from existing entries in a contest.
* Any concept or idea mentioned in the contest Brief is fair game for all Designers. The exception is if the contest holder has updated the brief based on an individual Designer\'s concept, which is against the Client Code of Conduct.
* Obvious concepts are considered fair game for all Designers. 

Suspected Copyright Infringement
If you suspect your work has been clearly plagiarized please send the offending designer a private message to deal with the issue directly.. For most of you we do not have to mention this, but please be polite. Inkfreakz Designers are very friendly, and we want to keep it this way! Understand that similarities can be unintentional.

If you do not receive a response within 1 business day, or you are unable to reach an agreement with the designer, then you have the option of emailing us with a complaint and Inkfreakz,LLC will make the final decision. 

Inkfreakz.com reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By submitting any content to Inkfreakz.com you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that you disagree with any modification to these Terms and Conditions your sole recourse is to refrain from using this site and the tools and services that we provide. Any further use of any of our tools or services, or this site, subsequent to any modification or alteration of these Terms and Services is you expressing an indication to us that you agree to be bound by each and every Term and Condition of the modified Terms and Conditions document as posted on our site in its modified or altered form.
