How to Get Your Shop Verified
Shop verification gives you a blue checkmark , unlocks the Featured Shops carousel on the homepage, and signals to clients that your shop is legitimate and trusted.

Complete Your Shop Profile
Add your shop name, address, phone number, business hours, description, logo, and cover photo. All required fields must be filled before you can request verification.

Add Your Artists
Link at least one active artist to your shop. You can invite artists via Shop Dashboard → Manage Artists → Invite Artist. Shops with active artists are prioritized in verification reviews.

Submit for Verification
Click the Get Verified button on your shop profile page. A popup modal will appear asking you to upload your business registration documents and shop photos. Our team reviews your submission within 2–3 business days.

Maintain Your Status
Keep your shop information current, respond to guest spot inquiries promptly, and ensure your linked artists remain active. Verified status is reviewed periodically.
Why Shop Verification Matters
Verified shops appear in the Featured Shops carousel on the homepage, receive a blue checkmark, and are eligible for the weighted lottery draw. Only verified shops can post guest spots and access advanced shop analytics.

Every verified shop is assigned a Featured Score — the higher your score, the greater your chance of being selected for the homepage spotlight.

How the Homepage Draw Works

Sponsored Slots (Priority)
Up to 2 sponsored shops always appear first. These are manually selected by InkFreakz admins for promotional partnerships.

Admin-pinned shops always appear after sponsored slots. These are highlighted for special recognition.

Weighted Lottery
Remaining slots are filled by a weighted random draw. Shops with higher scores have a proportionally greater chance of being selected.

24-Hour Refresh
The homepage draw refreshes every 24 hours, giving every eligible shop a fresh opportunity to be featured each day.
Tips to Maximize Your Shop's Featured Score
Complete your shop profile — Add a bio, cover photo, and fill out all shop settings for up to 60 bonus points
Keep tattoos flowing — Each approved public tattoo adds 40 points (up to 10 tattoos = 400 pts)
Stay active — Post at least one approved tattoo every 30 days to maintain your +30 activity bonus
Engage the community — More likes on your tattoos means more points (up to 200 pts from likes)
Build your legacy — Account age rewards long-standing shops with up to 20 bonus points
