What is the Shop Score and How to Reach 100%
The Shop Score is a 0–100 trust and completeness rating visible on every shop profile. Learn all 10 criteria, how points are calculated, and how to reach 100%.
What is the Shop Score?
The Shop Score is a 0–100 rating that appears on every shop profile on InkFreakz. It measures how complete, trustworthy, and client-ready your shop profile is. A higher score builds client confidence and improves your ranking in search results.
The 10 Scoring Criteria
Each criterion is worth 10 points. Complete all 10 to reach a perfect score of 100:
- Profile photo uploaded — Your shop logo or front-facing photo
- Cover image uploaded — Studio or work showcase image
- About description written — Minimum 50 words
- Location set — City, region, and country
- Business hours configured — At least 5 days set
- Services offered selected — At least 2 services
- Booking policy written — How clients book with you
- Gallery photos uploaded — At least 3 photos
- At least 1 affiliated artist — Team member linked to your profile
- Account verified — Shop verification approved
Where the Score Appears
The Shop Score is visible to all logged-in users on your shop profile page. It appears as a progress bar with the numeric score. Only the shop owner sees the detailed breakdown of which criteria are complete.
Why It Matters to Clients
Clients use the Shop Score as a quick trust signal. A score of 80+ signals a professional, established shop. A score below 50 suggests an incomplete profile, which can deter bookings.
How to Check Your Current Score
Log in to your shop account and visit your public profile. The Shop Score card is visible in the right sidebar — it shows your current score and a checklist of what is complete and what is missing.
