What Verification Means

The InkFreakz blue verification badge signals to every client on the platform that you are a real, professional tattoo artist who has been reviewed and approved by the InkFreakz team. It is not just a cosmetic badge — it unlocks full platform visibility and access to all features.

Requirements Before Applying

Before submitting a verification request, make sure you have completed the following:

• Profile photo uploaded
• Bio written (minimum 50 words)
• At least 3 tattoo photos uploaded to your portfolio
• Location set
• Years of experience filled in
• At least one tattoo style selected

Incomplete profiles are not reviewed. Complete your profile first.

Step-by-Step Verification Process

1. Go to your Dashboard → Settings → Verification
2. Click "Request Verification"
3. Confirm your details are accurate
4. Submit your request

The InkFreakz team will review your profile, portfolio quality, and account details. You will receive an email notification when your verification is approved or if additional information is needed.

Review Timeline

Most verification requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods this may extend to 7 days. You do not need to resubmit — your request is in the queue.

What Unlocks After Verification

• Full visibility in search results and the explore page
• Eligibility for the Viral Leaderboard
• Eligibility for the Featured Archive

• Blue verification badge on your profile and all tattoo posts

Maintaining Verified Status

Your verified status remains active as long as your account remains in good standing. Violations of the Community Guidelines may result in badge suspension or removal. Keeping your profile active and your portfolio updated also helps maintain your standing on the platform.
