How to Manage Your Artist Team

Show clients who works at your shop. Learn how to invite artists, manage team visibility, and what affiliation means for both parties.

Building Your Team on InkFreakz

The Artist Team section of your shop profile showcases the artists who work at your studio. Clients browsing your profile can see the full team, click through to individual portfolios, and choose the artist whose style matches what they want.

How to Add an Artist to Your Team

  1. Go to Shop Dashboard → Artist Management
  2. Search for the artist by their InkFreakz username
  3. Click "Send Affiliation Invite"
  4. The artist receives a notification and must accept the invitation
  5. Once accepted, they appear on your shop's public Artist Team section

Artist-Initiated Affiliation

Artists can also request affiliation from your shop profile page. These requests appear in your Shop Dashboard → Artist Management → Pending Requests. You can approve or decline each request.

Visibility Rules

An affiliated artist only appears publicly on your shop roster if they are verified. Unverified artists are linked in the system but hidden from the public team listing until their verification is approved.

Removing an Artist

If an artist leaves your shop, remove the affiliation from Artist Management. This removes them from your public roster immediately. The artist's own profile is unaffected — only the shop link is removed.

Tip: Encourage all your artists to complete and verify their InkFreakz profiles. A strong team roster with verified, portfolio-rich artists significantly increases your shop's credibility and client appeal.
