Why Post a Guest Spot?

Guest spots are a powerful way to bring fresh talent into your shop, attract new clients, and generate buzz. InkFreakz connects your listing with verified artists actively looking for guest spot opportunities.

Creating a Guest Spot Listing

  1. Go to your Shop Dashboard → Guest Spots → Post New Listing
  2. Fill in the listing details (see below)
  3. Review and publish

What to Include in Your Listing

  • Dates available — Specific dates or a date range
  • Style preferences — What styles you are looking for (or "all styles welcome")
  • Compensation structure — Percentage split, flat rate, or booth rental
  • Requirements — Minimum portfolio quality, verification status, years of experience
  • What you provide — Equipment, supplies, accommodation assistance
  • Application instructions — What you want artists to include in their application

Reviewing Applications

Applications appear in your Shop Dashboard → Guest Spots → Applications. Each application shows the artist's profile, portfolio, and their message. You can:

  • View their full InkFreakz portfolio
  • Accept or decline the application
  • Message the artist directly to discuss details

Managing Confirmed Bookings

Once you accept an application, coordinate dates, logistics, and any deposits directly via the InkFreakz messaging system. Keep all communication on-platform for a clear record.

Closing or Editing a Listing

Once your dates are filled, mark the listing as Closed to stop receiving new applications. You can edit or repost listings at any time from your dashboard.
