Getting Help on InkFreakz
If you have a question or run into an issue, InkFreakz offers several support channels.
The Help Center
The Help Center (accessible from the footer or your dashboard) contains answers to the most common questions about the platform. Search by keyword or browse by category. Most questions can be answered here without needing to contact support.
Submitting a Support Request
If you cannot find the answer in the Help Center:
- Go to Help Center → Submit a Request
- Select the category that best describes your issue
- Describe the problem in detail — include screenshots if relevant
- Submit the request
The support team responds within 1–3 business days.
Urgent Issues
For urgent issues (account hacked, fraudulent activity, content theft), use the Contact page and mark your message as urgent. These are prioritised by the support team.
Community Q&A
For non-urgent questions, the Community Q&A section lets you ask questions and get answers from other experienced platform users — often faster than waiting for official support.
